{Cards for Kids}

Hello everyone!

Today is "Thankful Friday", but today I'm going to do something different. I have been reading a lot of new blogs recently and I've come across some really neat ideas that I would like to incorporate into my blog one day. The one that I would like to talk about today is one that has really touched me. It makes my next card session very exciting.

Jennifer McGuire, Ink has some amazing ways to get her readers envolved to those in need. This project is called "Cards for Kids"! There are 8 kids who are fighting for their lives in the US. Jennifer has designed this project for people to make cards for these children and their families. It's such a wonderful idea and it has brought so much joy to these kids. The time and the energy spent in making these cards is worth a million bucks if I can bring a smile to a little one's face. If you would like to learn more about Cards for Kids, go to Cards for Kids. Here she gives a detailed post in how this project works and where to send them to.

I can't wait to get started on these cards and I hope that you find the same excitement in this as I do!:) If you have any questions about Cards for Kids, send me an email and I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Sending lots of love and many prayers to: Zach, Kate, Gavin, Sami, Meg, David, Braden, and Emily and their families!

Have a great weekend and I'll see you all soon!

Lauren
